📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • With priority shipping, orders are processed in less than 24 hours.

🚚 Shipping Times

  • Italy & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of the World: 6–11 business days

Note: shipping times may vary depending on the destination and possible customs delays or production delays due to high demand.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

🏠 Address Changes

  • Address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed.

If the order has already been processed and a change is not possible, a fee of €10 per product will be applied.
Please contact us as soon as possible at supporto@getnaila.com.
However, once the order is processed, the address cannot be changed.

📦 Returns for Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to sender due to:

  • customer absence at delivery, or

  • incorrect/incomplete address provided,

a fee of €10 per product will be applied for reshipping.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct information and monitor tracking to ensure availability for delivery.

⚠️ Refunds will not be issued for delivery issues not caused by Naïla.

🔄 Return Policy

We are confident you will love your Naïla silk products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 90 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error attributable to Naïla.

⚠️ Delays within the estimated delivery times do not constitute a valid reason for return.
